About the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba
The WCB is an injury and disability insurance system for workers and employers, paid for by employers. The WCB workforce is made up of approximately six hundred (600) people who provide services to about thirty-four thousand (34,000) employers and help about thirty thousand (30,000) injured workers annually. The WCB is committed to building a skilled, diverse workforce with equitable representations of Aboriginal persons, visible minorities, persons with disabilities and women.
